EMPLAWHR (employehr) provides a service under which an employer can outsource employee management tasks, such as HR procedures, employee benefits, payroll and workers’ compensation, recruiting, risk and safety management, and training and development. We do this by ‘leasing’ a client company’s employees, thus becoming their employer of record for tax and statutory deduction purposes. This practice is known as co-employment.
In co-employment, we become the employer of record for tax purposes, filing paperwork under our own tax identification numbers. Our client company continues to direct the employees’ day-to-day activities.

- (We invoice you the total salaries/wages including all the above statutory deductions which is then captured as salaries/wages on your accounts).
